EBRA 2025 ANNUAL CONFERENCE MILAN 11-12 JUNE

Welcome to the registration platform for the EBRA Annual Conference which will be held in Milan from 11 to 12 June 2025.

Event registration must be completed by May 31.

Please read this guide carefully before registering.

Participation in the event is guaranteed after registration and payment of the registration fee. Registration fees are differentiated by category (see below) and include participation in the Conference with all related services and in social events (excluding only participants in virtual mode), while accompanying guests are only allowed to attend social events upon reservation.

Payment can be made online or by bank transfer.

- In case of payment by credit card/PayPall you can complete your registration and payment instantly and receive both the order and registration confirmations immediately.

- In case of payment by bank transfer you will receive the order confirmation immediately. The registration confirmation email will only be sent after the payment has been successfully received and the participant can be considered fully registered.

In case of bank transfer, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Make the fee payment through your bank, indicating in the reason of payment ‘Registration EBRA 2025’, Organization Name, First Name and Surname PARTICIPANT.
  2. Send the payment receipt (pdf format) by email to info@ebramilan2025.it

Please note: An invoice will be issued for each registration fee. It can be made out to the participant as a private individual or to the organisation by filling in the invoicing fields.

Refund policy

If the registered person cannot attend the event:

- It is possible to be replaced by a colleague (send request by June 10, 2025, via email)

- It is possible to request a partial refund of the participation fee by sending an email to info@ebramilan2025.it by May 15, 2025. A refund of 50% of the total amount will be granted. No refund will be given after May 15, 2025.
